Kate Middleton, Drew Barrymore Wear Same Sequined Dress

From Bhutan to NYC, everyone is obsessed with this Tory Burch dress! Case in point: Both Kate Middleton and Drew Barrymore rocked the shimmering Floral Mesh Gown on Thursday, April 14.

After a busy day in Bhutan, the Duchess of Cambridge, 34, changed into the colorful, semi-sheer frock for dinner with the King and Queen of Bhutan in Thimphu, Bhutan. She accessorized the style with gold earrings, a blood-orange shawl and cross-strap pumps. Loose curls and bronzed cheeks completed the ensemble.

Middleton and her husband, Prince William, dressed up for a private dinner with the Bhutanese royals at the Lingkana Palace, where they were welcomed to the country earlier that day. It was the first of two days in Bhutan for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Hours later (and far across the pond), Barrymore, 41, attended the 19th Annual ASPCA Bergh Ball at The Plaza Hotel in the same embellished gown. She added a metallic clutch and peep-toe platforms (and occasionally, a puppy!). She also worked pin-straight tresses and a bright red statement lip.

The actress and beauty mogul, who recently split from her husband, Will Kopelman, caught up with Martha Stewart inside the event. “They gave each other a hug hello and seemed genuinely happy to see each other,” an onlooker tells Us. “Martha said she loved her dress, and Drew said thank you.”
