Twerk or treat! Hugh Hefner's wife Crystal Harris wasn't the only star dressed as Miley Cyrus at Playboy Mansion's annual Halloween costume party on Saturday, Oct. 26. Paris Hilton had almost the exact same idea as the model, donning Cyrus' costume from the first half of her now-legendary MTV Video Music Awards performance with Robin Thicke.
The 32-year-old socialite and "Good Time" singer rocked a replica of the former Hannah Montana star's gray teddy bear leotard, which she paired with sky-high silver stilettos. Her blonde hair was styled in little buns on top of her head, a la Cyrus at the VMAs, and she had on heart-shaped sunglasses and a big diamond cuff.
"So much fun last night! Loved rocking my @MileyCyrus costume!" Hilton tweeted of the ensemble on Sunday, Oct. 27. "Such a cute fun look!"
Cyrus, for her part, has called her VMAs ensemble "funny" and intentionally "creepy." She told Rolling Stone in September that the look actually grew out of an obsession she had with an "adult baby" persona.
"I know what I'm doing. I know I'm shocking you. When I'm dressed in that teddy bear thing, I think that's funny," she told the mag. "I was saying yesterday, I had this obsession about this character that's like an adult baby. Like, if you see a baby do something like that, it's so warped and weird, but there's something creepily hot about it. So when I'm in that teddy bear suit, I'm like a creepy, sexy baby."
Creepy or not, the Disney alum has inspired many celeb costumes this year. Hefner's 27-year-old model wife went to the Playboy party in a minidress version of Cyrus' nude latex bra and underwear ensemble, which the 20-year-old "Wrecking Ball" singer wore during the "Blurred Lines" part of her VMAs duet. And Hefner himself donned a black-and-white striped suit, a la Robin Thicke at the VMAs.
