Going for gold in her blues! Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman will soon head to the Summer 2016 Olympics in Rio de Janeiro. But before she gets there, she’ll be practicing her tumbles and tosses nonstop wearing — wait for it — jeans.

“[Aeropostale’s] jeans are so stretchy you could do splits in them!” Raisman, who is an ambassador for the brand, tells Us Weekly. “I love how the jeans come in so many colors. And even after a full day of wearing them, you forget you’re in jeans because they are so soft and comfortable. It’s perfect for kids who are at school for long hours and women on the go.”
And Raisman is certainly a gal on the go. The three-time gold medalist, who captained the “Fierce Five” 2012 team that included Gabby Douglas, will be in South America in just weeks to compete — a feat she can hardly believe. “It’s hard to describe the feeling of going to another Olympics,” she tells Us. “I really can’t believe it because it hasn’t sunk in yet. I’m very excited to share this experience with my teammates!”

But above all, she’s especially thrilled to share the experience with Douglas. The pair are the first gymnasts to make a second U.S. Olympic team since Amy Chow and Dominique Dawes in 2000. “It’s exciting that Gabby and I are on this team together, because we’ve both dreamed of this since the moment [the] 2012 [games] was over,” Raisman says. “It’s really special to say we’ve been on two Olympic teams together — it’s really crazy that we both did it. I can’t believe it really came true!”
