That’s two for two!
For the second day in a row, Kate Middleton wore a brand new dress during her tour of Australia. Given that the Duchess of Cambridge is the queen of recycling looks, the never-before worn outfits are a breath of fresh air for Kate Middleton style addicts.
Naturally, then, it comes as no shock that fashionistas looking for the Zimmermann “Roamer Day” dress that Middleton wore on April 18 while visiting the Royal Easter Show crashed the Australian label’s website. Alas, they were out of luck when it came to purchasing as the $520 white eyelet fit-and-flare dress doesn’t hit stores until June. (Middleton’s nude stripy wedges, however, are currently available. The Stuart Weitzman Minx shoes retail for $395 on Zappos.com.)
Can’t wait until June? Here are three looks for less inspired by the Duchess’ spring dress.
The Piped Eyelet A-Line Dress by Ava & Aiden, exclusively for Gilt ($119, Gilt.com) offers a more demure, office-appropriate look.
The Eyelet Fit-and-Flare Dress ($150, Bananarepublic.com) has a nipped-in waist for a super-flattering fit.
The Eyelet Shift Dress ($36.94, Oldnavy.com) also comes in navy, coral, and yellow — just don’t blame us for any banana comments a la Prince William!
