Steppin’ it up! Jenna Dewan Tatum’s returning to her roots with her new Danskin campaign. The Supergirl actress, 35, is the new face of the activewear brand — one that she grew up wearing to her neighborhood dance classes. In the fall and holiday marketing campaign shot by famed photographer Carlos Serrao, Dewan Tatum serves up some of her best moves.
“Photo shoots are fun for me — I am totally a ham!” the mom of Everly, 3, with husband Channing Tatum, exclusively tells Stylish. “I love to move and feel my body, so this was an amazing shoot because Danskin had set up a lot of the different shots and ideas that I was able to play off of and go from there.”
Not only did Dewan Tatum have a superstar crew (she was outfitted by Brad Goreski, and her hair was styled by Jen Atkin), but she also has Danskin’s full support.

During the shoot, which took place at a deconstructed warehouse in Los Angeles, Dewan Tatum modeled a series of outfits including a black abs-baring crop top and shorts, Flashdance-esque legwarmers with an off-the-shoulder top, a strappy sports bra and more. While the looks may have been new, it was all familiar territory to the Step Up actress.
“Working with Danskin felt like home to me,” she noted in the release. “The opportunity to show how women and their daughters can grow with the brand was the perfect addition to my lifestyle, which still intimately includes dance.”
