A high note! Kaitlyn Bristowe hit the 2016 CMA Awards in Nashville on Wednesday, November 2, in a sexy spin on the traditional gown for her red carpet correspondent duties.
The Bachelorette alum, 31, showed off her impossibly tiny waist in a black lace crop top with a high neckline. As a contrast, she paired the top with a voluminous black skirt featuring tons of chiffon layers. A 14-carat Open Hearts by Jane Seymour black and diamond ring frosted her finger, along with her 3.5-carat Neil Lane engagement ring from fiancé Shawn Booth. Bristol, who’s covering the carpet for Sounds Like Nashville, showcased her features by sweeping her brunette hair into a loose chignon, leaving a few curly tendrils loose.
Her look was a far cry from her black maxidress with a bright printed skirt and waist cutouts from last year’s red carpet. She mused on her ensemble, which she dubbed a misstep, in a Tuesday, November 1, Instagram post.
“Well I blew it last year and made the worst dressed list. 🙈 I remember my first red carpet. BUT! This year @stylelvr dressed me and I will be a host instead of a guest!” she wrote, giving a shoutout to her stylist, Lo VonRumpf. “Follow my snaps (snapbackbean) and @soundslikenashville for behind the scenes!! #cmaawards50.”

That same day, VonRumpf gave a sneak peek into a styling session with his client courtesy of a Boomerang video. Bristowe hit a flawless dab while modeling a silvery gown with embellished wing sleeves.
