Rule breaker! After admitting to buying a dress off the racks for the 2016 Golden Globes, Bryce Dallas Howard revealed that she took to the Internet to find her 2016 Critics’ Choice gown.
“This is Balmain, I got it online,” Howard, 34, told A&E reporters on the red carpet on Sunday, January 17. “A great store online, Forward by Elyse Walker, which I really love.”
Howard, who married Fringe actor Seth Gabel in 2006, completed her smoldering red carpet look with a smoky blue eye and a fierce twisted ponytail.
This isn’t the first time the mother of two has made her own red carpet rules. In fact, Howard revealed earlier this month that she bought her Golden Globes dress off the rack in a size 6.
“I’m wearing Jenny Packham. I just picked it up this week,” the Jurassic World actress told E! News’ Giuliana Rancic on the red carpet outside the Beverly Hilton hotel.
“You picked it up yourself?” Rancic asked. “You went and bought it yourself?”
Howard replied, “Yeah, because I like having lots of options for a size 6 as opposed to one option. I always go to different department stores. You know how it is!”
