Gone with the wind! Audrina Patridge married Corey Bohan in a Pinterest board–perfect Hawaiian wedding ceremony Sunday, November 5 — except for one small incident while walking down the aisle. The Hills alum, 31, gave the play-by-play of the ordeal in a Tuesday, November 15, blog post on audrinapatridge.com.
Patridge, who stunned in a sleeveless lace Pallas Couture gown with a never-ending train, accessorized her custom dress with a sweeping veil that she lost while making her big debut at the ceremony.
“I was lucky enough to have my hero (a.k.a. my dad) walk me down the aisle,” Partridge, who shares daughter Kirra, 4 months, with Bohan, wrote. “I love him so much! I was fighting back tears as we made our way closer to Corey, but as this was happening, I could feel my train and veil catching on the wooden poles that lined the aisle, causing it to pull my head back. I kept moving forward with a smile on my face until it came off!!! I continued walking until some very generous friends ran up behind me to secure it back on my head. LOL — sometimes you have to roll with the punches!”
Thankfully, that was the only snafu at the ceremony, which Partridge described as romantic and boho glam. “Our wedding was magical,” Partridge tells Us Weekly. “We had all of our friends and family in one place to celebrate! “I was so nervous, but as soon as I saw all of our friends, family and Corey, all I could feel was happiness and love everywhere.”
