Maybe Superman should pick sides? Tori Spelling and David Tutera butt heads over her upcoming superhero-themed bash in David Tutera’s CELEBrations‘ season 9 premiere on Friday, March 11, as seen in Us Weekly‘s exclusive sneak peek.
Spelling, 42, enlists the party planner, 49, to organize a shindig for her son Finn’s 3rd birthday, but Tutera hadn’t realized quite how hands-on the Beverly Hills, 90210 alum would be. Plus, he isn’t thrilled when he’s asked to help her create 50 capes for the event.
“I thought we were actually going over a party — I didn’t realize we were crafting,” he tells her.
The True Tori star tries to explain to him that she works best when she sweats the small stuff first.
“If there is a list of 1 to 10 of priorities, I like to start and focus on No. 12,” the mom of four says. “I’m a detail person.”
But Tutera is not liking what he’s hearing and tells the camera, “That’s 100 percent backwards!”
