No more Bergen County boom boom room. Teresa Giudice is opening up about her husband Joe Giudice‘s imminent 41-month jail sentence — and what she’ll miss while he’s away.
“I’m going to miss sleeping with him at night and cuddling with him,” Teresa, 43, told Entertainment Tonight on Tuesday, March 1. She joked: “I’m going to miss the passion, and I can’t say any more than that.”
As previously reported, Teresa returned to the couple’s Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, mansion on December 23. The Real Housewives of New Jersey star served 11 months behind bars at the Danbury Federal Correctional Institution in Connecticut and completed her 44-day house arrest last month.
Joe, meanwhile, will begin his own sentence for fraud charges this month. Whether or not he will get deported after his jail time is still up in the air.
“There is nothing in life that is certain,” the Italian-born star, 43, said of the possibility. “We will deal with that when I get out.”
Teresa chimed in: “We’re just taking it day by day.”
Prison, Joe says, actually might help him in a way. “I haven’t stopped drinking in I don’t know how long, so I could definitely use it just for that, you know?” he told ET. “[It’s] probably going to be a good thing for me, health-wise anyway.”
For now, the reality couple are spending as much time as possible together with their daughters — Gia, 15, Gabriella, 11, Milania, 10, and Audriana, 6. “They go on computers, they know everything,” Joe revealed. “I mean my daughter Milania tells me, ‘You’re going away for a lot more months than mommy.'”
Once out, Joe plans to enjoy time with his family with “no cameras.”
