He’s not in need of support? Steve Harvey lost his cool over the No. 1 response to a category that got a bit personal on a recent Family Feud episode.
As seen in a clip from the long-running game show’s Tuesday, September 6, episode, the host was startled by a question just before he was about to intone it to the crowd.
“I need to start prereading these questions, man,” Harvey, 59, said with a chuckle. He then gave the prompt: “Name something that you’d be absolutely shocked to hear that Steve Harvey was wearing under his dapper suit.”
The first contestant buzzed in and shouted, “A G-string!” which clearly pleased the Little Big Shots star. “You better know it!” he fired back before the answer was revealed to be the No. 2 choice.
However, he wasn’t nearly as happy when the other contestant guessed a bra. “A bra?” replied an incredulous Harvey, who took over for John O’Hurley as the host of Family Feud in September 2010.
He added about his pecs, “Girl, I make these things jump. You really don’t know what’s under here. I’m 58 — I’ll make these things jump, girl. … I got two frogs under here. You don’t know what you’re messing with. I take my shirt off one day, I’m going to be about the business!”
As it turned out, “bra” was indeed the No. 1 choice, leading a flustered Harvey to flip the bird at the answer board.
