Soldiers for Teresa unite! (Er … or not.) On the Sunday, September 25, episode of The Real Housewives of New Jersey it seemed that Teresa Giudice was at the center of several battles. In her own world, the former inmate was still bickering with Kathy Wakile and Rosie over the fact that she just didn't want to have anything to do with them despite their best efforts to persuade her to reconsider.
At the end of a tense lunch, Teresa did tell the sisters her "door was always open," but it turned out she didn't actually mean they could just show up whenever. In fact, she didn't mean they could come over at all. Knowing the lunch meeting had taken place, Dolores Catania, Siggy Flicker and Jacqueline Laurita called Rosie and Kathy to find out how it went. "We all left the table feeling happy and sad at the same time," Rosie reported. The trio took that to mean things had gone relatively well and got busy preparing for their weekend in Vermont.
Vermont or Bust
After a quick trip to Poshe — where Kim DePaola tried to stir the pot by suggesting that Derek, the manager Melissa Gorga hired at her boutique, Envy, was selling stories about Teresa to the tabloids — Jacqueline and Siggy discussed whether Kim's claims had any merit. In sum, they thought it was worth exploring but weren't passing judgment just yet.
The big day arrived and everyone piled into the party bus to head to the resort. Guests included Jacqueline and her husband Chris, Melissa and her husband Joe, Siggy, Dolores, and two randoms — one of whom was named Robyn and was nothing but bad news.
During the drive, Teresa recounted her version of her lunch with Kathy and Rosie, and in her version the door wasn't open at the end. "They're never going to call me. I'm never going to call them. Door's closed. Done," she said. Robyn immediately jumped on the I-Hate-Rosie bandwagon, prompting Jacqueline to call her a "Teresa soldier." (That wasn't a compliment.)
Chris tried explaining to Teresa that saying her door was always open might have not clearly indicated that the door was actually closed, and Teresa explained she was "just being nice." She then insisted that from here on out she was only worrying about herself. "F–k everybody else," she said. Charming.
They made it to the resort in one piece and all sat down in bathrobes for a casual dinner, after which Siggy and Jacqueline brought up what Kim had said about Derek to Melissa. Melissa brushed it off as Kim trying to "scrape the bottom of the barrel to cause turmoil" and left it at that.
Robyn Tells Jacqueline She Wants to Rage on Her Ass
While roasting s'mores, things took a dramatic turn for the worse. Pretty much out of the blue, Robyn told Jacqueline she confused "the living s–t" out of her. She then accused Jacqueline of not being direct and prejudging her. Jacqueline blasted back, saying, "My initial thing with you was that you're playing the loyal soldier." (She meant to Teresa.)
"I don't need you, who doesn't know me … to call me a f–king soldier!" Robyn shouted before summoning Teresa to join them. "Why are you calling for backup?" Jacqueline asked the camera.
Robyn continued to insist that she was not a "soldier" for Teresa, but Jacqueline wouldn't back down. "You're f–king making me mad now," Robyn said. "You f–king calling me a solider makes me want to rage on your f–king ass!" Umm. OK.
Jacqueline responded by sitting on Robyn as the two ladies told each other to "Shut the f–k up." Robyn then got Jacqueline off her lap and threatened, "I will f–k you up!" She added, "Because I want to punch you in the face doesn't mean that you need to laugh!" Jacqueline, however, continued to laugh and then said to Teresa, "I thought you said you cleaned the house. You forgot to take the garbage out."
Siggy then broke up the fight and told everyone it was time for bed. She was about 10 minutes late for that, but it was better than nothing.
The Morning After
The next morning, Jacqueline refused to come out of her room. "She's the one that antagonizes the situation and then tries to play the victim," Teresa explained to the camera. Determined to not have their fun ruined, however, everyone else headed out for some dogsledding. Siggy and Dolores opted to return back to the resort after the dogsledding ended (while Teresa, Robyn, Melissa, and Joe went skiing) where they found Jacqueline and Chris enjoying some fireside drinks.
Jacqueline announced that she was going to go home with Chris tomorrow, sending Siggy into a panic saying they wouldn't have any fun if she'd left. For her part, Dolores was sick of the fighting and just wanted everyone to chill out. Not that we blame her!
After some time back at their villa, however, Dolores had a change of heart and decided to insert herself directly in the line of fire. "Teresa has the most to lose," Dolores said as she explained that Teresa could not be involved in any physical fights, considering she was on probation. Noting that Robyn had physically threatened Jacqueline and tried to rope Teresa into the middle of it, she added, "The way I see it, Robyn is a threat here. Teresa needs to ask her to leave."
Tell Us: Do you agree with Dolores — should Teresa ask Robyn to leave?
