The more, the merrier? Kate Stoltz gets some surprise houseguests at her home in the Big Apple in Return to Amish‘s Sunday, July 17, episode, as seen in Us Weekly‘s exclusive sneak peek.
The TLC series’ preview clip shows Stoltz opening the door to her New York City apartment and finding pals Jeremiah Raber, Rebecca Byler, Sabrina High, Abe Schmucker and Abe’s mother, Mary.
“We’re all back in New York together — Kate doesn’t know that we’re all here,” Raber tells the camera. “She knows that Sabrina was coming, but we’re all going to surprise her, and we’re going to have a good time.”
Stoltz asks the gang how close their hotel is to her apartment, and she seems shocked when they inform her that they plan on crashing at her cozy abode for three weeks.
“When we told Kate how long we were going to stay, her look was priceless,” Raber says.
The model and fashion designer explains to the camera, “The thing with New York City is, there’s so many people out on the streets, so having five people stay at my apartment takes away my place to go whenever I want to get away from everything. So I’m going to have to find a new place to go.”
In last week’s episode, Stoltz revealed that she doesn’t regret having “completely cut ties” with her hometown Amish friends.
Watch the clip in the video above to see Stoltz’s stunned reaction. Return to Amish airs on TLC Sundays at 9 p.m. ET.
