As previously reported, Swift, 26, beat Lamar, 28, in the Album of the Year category1989 bested To Pimp a Butterfly — during the live show at Staples Center. The “Out of the Woods” singer also took home Best Music Video for “Bad Blood” and Best Pop Vocal Album for 1989.

“I’m actually really upset @taylorswift13 won album of the year. Really?!” one tweeter wrote. “Pulling a Kanye here and saying @kendricklamar all the way!!”

Even Don Cheadle wanted to recreate West’s stage rush from the 2009 MTV Video Music Awards. “I almost kanyed tonight,” the actor, who attended the event, tweeted on Monday night. “#Restraint #Temperance @kendricklamar #AlbumoftheYear!!!!”

Lamar didn’t go home empty-handed, though. The critically adored rapper — who received a standing ovation for his powerful performance of “The Blacker the Berry” — won Best Rap Album and Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song for “Alright.” He led the pack with 11 nominations.

Kelly, 23, however, didn’t take home any awards at all — much to the disappointment of her fans. The “Should’ve Been Us” songstress looked on as Trainor cried while accepting the Best New Artist category. (Kelly didn’t look impressed that Swift won Album of the Year, either.)

“Yup, @ToriKelly will always be a winner in my heart,” one fan tweeted on Monday night. A second added: “Both @ToriKelly and @JamesBayMusic were robbed in the Best New Artist category in my opinion. #Grammys2016.”

It didn’t end there. One especially devoted fan even tweaked Kelly’s Wikipedia page under her Grammys nomination. “Robbed by MEAGAN MF TRAINOR WHO AINT EVEN A NEW ARTIST CONSIDERING SHE WAS NOMINATED FOR A GRAMMY LAST YEAR,” the post read. “BUT THATS NONE OF MY BUSINESS IM SLEEP.”
