Choppy waters! Things get messy when Kate Gosselin and her family go boating, as seen in Us Weekly’s exclusive sneak-peek clip from Kate Plus 8.
Us’ first look at the episode airing Tuesday, December 15, shows the 40-year-old mother on a fishing trip with her eight kids as she gives them tips on how to avoid getting queasy.
“Look out over the horizon, and tell yourself, ‘I refuse,'” Kate says. “It’s mostly mind over matter, honestly.”
Unfortunately, the advice didn’t quite work out for everyone, as Aaden, 11, gets sick before he can make it to the edge of the boat.
“Aaden announced probably a little too late that he didn’t feel well, [makes vomit sound] and he just threw up all over the place!” Kate tells the camera. “We were one down.”
