Low blow. Things haven’t been good between Kailyn Lowry and her husband, Javi Marroquin, on Teen Mom 2. And when the MTV star takes a weekend trip with her friend’s family to California, her baby daddy only makes things worse.
“We had a huge night, we went out, all night long he’s texting me,” Kailyn recounts to her friend in a sneak peek clip for Teen Mom 2. “To the point where you took my phone away.”
And it wasn’t just that Javi was texting Kailyn. Her husband of more than year was writing very hurtful messages to his wife, including, “Your kids are here. You don’t need to stay that long. You are a bad mom. You need to think about your family.”
Kailyn, who has been going to therapy for her marriage all season, didn’t even look emotionally affected by her husband’s hateful words.
“I’m at a point where I’m only worried about my kids,” she tells her friend. “I don’t need a husband. I don’t need any man. I’m not going to sit here and spend the next 10 years of my life trying to make it work if it’s just not going to work. It’s like a broken record.”
