Will JoJo Fletcher think this is OK? Just before news broke during The Bachelor season 20’s “After the Final Rose” special on Monday, March 14, that Ben Higgins‘ runner-up will be the next Bachelorette, season 18 Bachelor Juan Pablo Galavis tweeted that he is not opposed to throwing his hat in the ring to vie for her affection.
Galavis, 35, wrote that he read “so MANY good things” about the Dallas-based real estate developer that he “MIGHT have to sign up AGAIN” for the ABC dating series. A later tweet implied that he had not actually been watching Higgins’ season but had seen pics of Fletcher, 24, showing up in his Twitter feed.
I have READ so MANY good things about JoJo in the past WEEKS that if she is the NEXT bachelorette, I MIGHT have to sign up AGAIN…

The former pro soccer player competed for Desiree Hartsock‘s final rose on The Bachelorette season 9, but was sent packing in week 6. He became the first Latino star of The Bachelor in the 2014 season and picked Nikki Ferrell. He famously did not propose to her in the finale, and the pair split in October 2014.
Galavis was a polarizing Bachelor, earning flak in January 2014 for saying that casting an openly gay Bachelor would not be a “good example for kids.” He had friction with a number of the contestants, and Andi Dorfman voluntarily left his season after she felt disrespected during her fantasy-suite date. While she was explaining to him that she was leaving, she chided him for playing with her eyebrow and constantly saying, “It’s OK.”
Tell Us: Would Juan Pablo Galavis and JoJo Fletcher be a good match?
The Bachelorette season 12 premieres on ABC on Monday, May 23, at 8 p.m. ET.
