Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi welcomed son Lorenzo Dominic in August, but prior to giving birth, the first-time mom enjoyed one last summer at the Jersey Shore with her MTV cast mates — from a distance, that is.
On Thursday’s premiere of the sixth and final season of Jersey Shore, Snooki, 24, gathers her roommates — including BFF Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Paul “Pauly D” DelVecchio — to drop a major bombshell. She’s willing to spend the summer with them, but not in the Shore house.
“I am pregnant and I do have concerns,” a then six-months-pregnant Snooki reasons as the group comes together for their traditional Sunday dinner. “I’m totally fine with hanging out with you guys, but I don’t want to tell you guys to shut the f–k up, or say ‘don’t bring girls home because it’s nasty for me to be around.'”
Though Snooki was acting in the best interest of her unborn baby, her roommates — including BFF Farley — took the news especially hard. “I’m not prepared for that s–t!” fumes Farley in a preview from Thursday’s episode.
Despite being at odds during the premiere, Snooki has said that her pregnancy improved her relationship with Farley, who recently accepted boyfriend Roger Mathews‘ marriage proposal.
“Me and Jenni got closer just because I’m not going crazy all the time, so she’s not getting annoyed with me,” Snooki told Us Weekly shortly before giving birth. “I’m kind of the responsible one!”
Jersey Shore‘s sixth and final season premieres Thursday at 10 p.m. (EST) on MTV.
