HBO gave Game of Thrones fans a treat on Sunday, Dec. 6, when they posted a year-end video via Twitter, celebrating the network’s successes in 2015 and giving a few glimpses of what’s to come in 2016.
Among the sneak peeks (which included Kerry Washington in Confirmation and the new season of Girls) were a few seconds of GoT’s much anticipated sixth season for the first time (GoT’s Season 6 trailer premiered last week but had no new footage to see).
Despite the brevity of the released footage (we’re talking about four seconds!), fans were able to glean a few important bits of information. It seemed that Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) has arrived in a new location, Ramsay Bolton (Iwan Rheon) is battle ready, and, most excitingly, Cersei Lannister (Lena Hedley) has a brand-new hairdo!
No sign of Jon Snow in the new season footage just yet, so fans will have to wait a little longer to know for sure whether Kit Harington’s character is really dead.
