Desiigner’s debut single, “Panda,” became a viral hit after its late 2015 release and catapulted the 19-year-old to rap stardom. With a banging beat and irresistible hook, “Panda” gave Desiigner — real name Sidney Royel Selby III — his first No. 1 single on Billboard’s Hot 100 and landed the Brooklyn resident a record deal with Kanye West.
