The family has spoken! JoJo Fletcher‘s family members have a clear preference after meeting Jordan Rodgers and Robby Hayes in The Bachelorette‘s season 12 finale on Monday, August 1.
In the ABC dating series, Fletcher’s final two guys met her dad, Dr. Joseph Fletcher, and her mom, Soraya Fletcher, along with two of her brothers and her sister. After the suitors each spent time with her kin, the Bachelorette, 25, wanted to know what everyone thought. Watch what her family had to say in the video above!
“As far as Robby goes, I love him,” Soraya said. “He came out right then and asked for your hand. He wants to marry you — he’s so in love with you, and he’s so grounded. He’s good-looking — he’s family-oriented.”
“Not that I don’t like Jordan, but I think Robby’s more husband material for you, baby,” Fletcher’s mom continued.
Joseph concurred and added to his daughter, “Thinking about your own words about trust and security, he would be a more logical fit for you.”
JoJo’s family members explained that part of their reluctance to root for Rodgers, 27, was the fact that he did not ask Fletcher’s parents for their blessing to propose, which Hayes, 27, did.
This exchange followed Soraya referring to Rodgers as a “playboy” and telling him that she’s aware he must get a lot of attention from various women.
