Wait, where?! Taylor Swift took home three awards at the iHeartRadio Awards on Sunday, March 29, and even performed with Madonna — but getting to meet Jane the Virgin’s Gina Rodriguez may have been the highlight of her night.
After accepting her first win of the night, Best Lyric for “Blank Space,” the songstress completely geeked out over the CW’s breakout star.
“Get it girl!” she told Rodriguez, who rose to fame and scored a Golden Globe after the October 2014 premiere of her hit new show. “I’ve wanted to meet you for so long — you’re amazing,” Swift gushed to Rodriguez before she got seriously confused.
“What do we do?” Swift, clad in a sparkly minidress could be heard saying while Rodriguez tried to carry on the show. “Do we just walk off?”
