Still going strong. Tamar Braxton posted a video clip of herself singing Mariah Carey’s “Always Be My Baby” to her husband, Vince Herbert, Saturday, July 16, amid reports that the couple is poised to split.
In the snippet, Braxton, 39, holds the camera close to both their faces as she croons Carey’s lyrics in Herbert’s ear, though her camera-shy husband doesn’t look too thrilled to have the moment captured and shared with Braxton’s 2.5 million followers.
“After all these years he STILL hates when I sing in his ear,” she captioned the video, along with a laughing-eyes emoji and the hashtag “#Tamar&Vince.”
Braxton’s post comes shortly after news broke that the couple, who have been married for eight years, are calling it quits because of the singer’s alleged infidelity.
According to LoveBScott.com, Braxton has reportedly been cheating on Herbert with “another high-profile man” for a while, and Herbert allegedly found out after hiring a private detective.
“He doesn’t know who Tamar is anymore,” a source told the site. “He says she’s not the same woman he married eight years ago. She’s too busy going on vacations to worry about the drama at home. He has the baby and that’s the only thing he’s concerned about.”
The former The Real cohost gave birth to the couple’s only child, 3-year-old Logan, on June 6, 2013. LoveBScott.com reported that Herbert is seeking full custody of their little boy.
