Ouch! Stephanie Pratt was rushed to the hospital in London on Thursday, Step. 24, after being bitten on the face by a spider.
The former Hills star posted a pic on Instagram on Thursday that showed her wearing a beanie and oversize glasses. "No time for hair & makeup = beanie & fake glasses," she wrote. "To the Dr. I go!"
"The spider bite is wild," she commented on the pic. "Had to cancel my meeting and come to the Dr!!!!"
"My face was in so much pain and I was beyond swollen that I could not see anything with my left eye," Pratt, 29, tells Us Weekly exclusively. "I was so scared. I was rushed to the hospital and that's when the doctor told me it was a spider bite. I am home now and resting."
The Made in Chelsea star posted a pic a few hours later that showed her in bed and watching Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. She also had a big bunch of yellow "get well" roses. "Not too shabby pour moi!" she captioned the pic.
In Made in Reality, her new memoir released last month, the sister of reality TV villain Spencer Pratt got candid about her troubled childhood, revealing that she struggled with crystal meth addiction at an early age.
“I didn't care about anything. I could live or die, I didn't care,” she said. “I had nothing to get out of bed for, nothing was exciting."
She kicked her addiction when she joined the cast of The Hills in 2007 but battled bulimia during her three years on the show. Now living in the U.K. she has recovered and leads a healthy life.
