What goes around comes around. Criminal Minds alum Shemar Moore seemingly spoke out in a since-deleted Instagram video on Friday, August, 12, after costar Thomas Gibson was fired from the series.
The 46-year-old actor posted a short video clip to the social media site, saying, among other things, “Karma is real.”
“Lot of birdies chirping out there. The gossip is real,” he says in the video. “I hear it. I see it. I’m sure a lot of you do too. So I’ll just say this. I believe that good things happen to good people. Honest people. Hardworking people. Humble people. People who believe in basic goodness. … Treat people how you expect them to treat you.”
Though Moore later deleted the video, it was captured by a fan and reposted on Twitter.

And even though the actor failed to name names in the clip, fans of the hit series speculate that he may be referring to Gibson, 54, who got into a physical spat with a writer of the show and was subsequently fired last week.
“Thomas Gibson has been dismissed from Criminal Minds,” ABC Studios and CBS Television Studios said in a statement to Us Weekly on Friday, August 12. “Creative details for how the character’s exit will be addressed in the show will be announced at a later date.”
Moore, who left the CBS series in March, has also been dealing with another major issue surrounding karma: According to the Los Angeles Times, the actor was robbed of more than $60,000 by former pal Keith Tisdell, a guest actor on the show.
According to the Times, Tisdell, 42, worked with Moore on his retail company, Baby Girl LLC, which raises funds for multiple sclerosis research, and was allegedly funneling money from the company the entire time.
“I’ve done a lot for him because he had me, my friends fooled,” Moore told a judge in court Wednesday, August 10, according to the Times. “I’m not here for money. I’m here because he betrayed a friendship. This is not OK. You don’t do this to people.”
