He’s still in the doghouse! Sharon Osbourne gave her own update on her marriage after husband Ozzy Osbourne opened up about their relationship status on Good Morning America on Monday, July 25. Watch what she said in the video above!
“’Get back on the horse?’ How dare he! He’s just a romantic fool,” Sharon, 63, said on The Talk on Monday, quoting Ozzy. “It’s been very hard. I shouldn’t speak for him, but I know he wants to come on this show anyway and talk for himself to you all. I’m fine with that. He feels he owes everybody here an apology because he’s put us all through it. He’s very embarrassed and ashamed about his conduct.”
As previously reported, the couple recently reconciled after announcing their separation in May due to Ozzy’s alleged affair with an L.A.-based hair stylist. “I can’t speak for him, but for me, yes, I forgive,” Sharon continued. “It’s going to take a long time to trust, but we’ve been together 36 years, 34 of marriage, and it’s more than half of my life.”
While the British talk show host forgives her longtime love, she hasn’t forgotten about his poor decisions. “I just can’t think of my life without him. Even though he is a dog. He’s a dirty dog,” she said. “So there we are. He’s going to pay big.”
Earlier in the day, during a GMA interview to promote his new reality series, Ozzy and Jack’s World Detour, the Black Sabbath vocalist, 67, said that the cheating scandal was “just a bump in the road” and that the marriage is now “back on track.”
“Some days it’s good, some days it’s terrible, some days you just drift apart for a while,” the rocker said. “But you get back on the horse, you know.”
As a source exclusively revealed to Us Weekly earlier this month, the couple — who share kids Aimee, 32, Kelly, 31, and Jack, 30 — have “fallen in love again” after the alleged affair and credit therapy sessions for saving their relationship.
The night before their revealing interviews, Ozzy, Sharon, Kelly and Jack happily dined at State Social House in West Hollywood to celebrate the premiere of their new History Channel show. “They were loving with each other, super cute to watch how they care for each other,” an onlooker tells Us Weekly of the formerly estranged couple, adding that “they were all getting along and being super cool.” The family ordered pizza, loaded fries, chicken tenders, club sandwiches and shrimp tacos, and sipped on water and club sodas during the evening.
