Scott Disick is currently seeking treatment at a rehab center, Us Weekly can exclusively confirm. A source tells Us that Kourtney Kardashian’s ex, 32, has been staying at a drug rehabilitation center in Malibu. He was recently spotted shopping at a grocery store.
The news comes just hours after Lamar Odom, Khloe Kardashian’s estranged husband, was found unconscious at the Love Ranch brothel in Nevada on Tuesday, Oct. 13. According to brothel owner Dennis Hof, Odom — who has struggled with drug abuse — had allegedly been taking herbal Viagra during his four-day stay.
A source also confirmed to Us that Odom, 35, suffered several strokes overnight and a “significant amount of cocaine” was found in his system.
Odom often spent time with Disick and Rob Kardashian when he was married to Khloe, 31. (The pair ended their four-year marriage in December 2013 and have yet to finalize their divorce.) Disick — who split with Kourtney over the summer — briefly checked into a Costa Rica rehab for hallucinogenic treatment this past March, and checked into a Florida facility in July.
“Family and friends are extremely concerned for Lamar,” Odom’s longtime publicist, Eve Sarkisyan, exclusively told Us in a statement Tuesday. “Please don’t listen to the false information being circulated unofficially. Please respect the family’s privacy during this difficult time.”
As Disick remains in rehab, Kourtney has been looking after their three children — Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 10 months. On Wednesday, she was spotted taking Penelope and her niece North West to a ballet class.

Kourtney’s family members, meanwhile, continue to be by Odom’s side as he remains in critical condition. Khloe has been with him since Tuesday night, while Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner arrived to the hospital on Wednesday.
