It happens to the best of us! Sarah Hyland became the latest in the list of celebrity trippers as she nearly went flying while taking to the stage at the 2015 Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, Aug. 16.
The Modern Family star was walking to take her place at the microphone with Pitch Perfect actor Skylar Astin to present the first award of the night, when she stumbled over a piece of stage furniture. Managing to save herself kind of gracefully, the actress then blurted out, "Are you f–king kidding me!" before realizing what she'd said, and covering her mouth.
The 24-year-old star laughed off her accident when she finally reached her destination. "I do that sometimes, guys. I'm awkward," she told the audience. Someone else laughing off the unfortunate incident was Hunger Games star Josh Hutcherson, who was caught having a giggle by the show cameras.
Taking to Twitter later, Hyland addressed her unfortunate moment, admitting her trip and describing herself as a "graceful swan!"

She also re-tweeted one fan's comment on the incident, evidently happy to have been put in a group of fellow celebrity fallers, since she was now standing (or tripping!) alongside Jennifer Lawrence.
