Now they got bad blood. Maksim Chmerkovskiy didn’t hold back from blasting his former Dancing With the Stars partner Hope Solo on Tuesday, Oct. 13.

The pro dancer, 35, revealed to Allegedly, a podcast hosted by Matthew Cole Weiss and Theo Von, that he has no love for the professional soccer player, 34.

“She’s just a sh–ty person,” the famously outspoken reality personality said. “You can have a sh–ty life growing up, but if you’re a bad person, there’s no excuse for that.”

Solo and Chmerkovskiy were dance partners on Season 13 of the hit ABC reality show in 2011. The pairing ended on horrible terms after the soccer pro accused Chmerkovskiy of slapping her in the face during rehearsals while trying to correct a move after the competition ended.

The soccer star detailed the alleged abuse in her book Solo: A Memoir of Hope, released in 2012.

“He manhandled me in rehearsals from the start, pushing me, whacking my stomach, bending my arms roughly,” she wrote. “One day, Maks was trying to put me in a certain position and hit my stomach so hard with his open palm that I had a red handprint there for the rest of the day.”

Prior to her explosive accusations, the two-time Olympic gold medalist and the ballroom bad boy were good friends, with Chmerkovskiy even arguing with the show’s judges when he felt they were too hard on her during the competition.

Chmerkovskiy has repeatedly denied her allegations. He retired from the show in 2014, after 14 seasons, but has returned to guest judge on occasion.
