Lamar Odom's condition remains unchanged, but things are not looking good, multiple sources tell Us Weekly.

A source tells Us Weekly on Thursday, Oct. 15, “Lamar’s condition has not changed. They still can’t tell what kind of brain damage he has. There’s still brain swelling. They are waiting for the organs to start working again — his kidneys are still in dialysis.” Odom is also still using a machine to breathe.

Another source adds, “Things are not looking good for Lamar. He’s not doing well. Khloe is the one making all the decisions for him.”

Odom is surrounded by family and friends, including his ex Liza Morales and two kids, Destiny and Lamar Jr. The basketball player’s estranged wife, Khloe Kardashian, arranged for all of his family to be with him, and paid for the travel expenses for his dad and children.

Kardashian, who Us revealed is still legally married to Odom, has not left his side since Tuesday.

“Khloe is distraught,” the first source tells Us. “She has barely slept since Tuesday. She is extremely emotional. She’s very protective of Lamar. And she’s inconsolable.”

Odom was discovered unconscious on Tuesday, and he later suffered several strokes, a source told Us, after combining “a significant amount of cocaine” with herbal Viagra.

In the now-released 911 call, Odom was said to have “blood coming from his nose and mouth along with a white substance.”
