Momager on the mend. Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner caused some concern early Thursday, February 25, when she posted a picture of her heavily bandaged hand and swollen finger. However, the mystery was solved hours later when she confirmed that she was recovering after a pre-planned operation.
The 60-year-old mom of six first revealed the bandages when she took to Instagram to share a photo of family friend Chrissy Teigen's new book. "I've waited with excitement for this fabulous cookbook to come out @chrissyteigen," Kris wrote. "OF COURSE the day I get mine is the same day I have hand surgery so I can't cook!!!! (Relax haters I've been cooking for over 50 years and I'm pretty damn good) I can't wait to read this yummy book and learn some new recipes!!! #cravings #love #family #nowimstarving."
While fans voiced concern after seeing the snap of Jenner's stitched limb, the reality star's rep explained to Gossip Cop that the operation was for a "cyst with other issues." According to Jenner's rep, she is expected to recover fully.
Meanwhile, the self-proclaimed #proudmama is still actively tweeting about her kids' accomplishments. Jenner gushed about her model daughter, Kendall Jenner, opening the Fendi show at Milan Fashion Week on Thursday.
"Kenny!!!!! You opened the Fendi show!!!" she captioned photos of the 20-year-old strutting the runway. "#proudmama @kendalljenner @fendi @karllagerfeld #love #milanfashionweek2016."
