The Sunday, January 31, episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians addressed Lamar Odom's scary hospitalization last October, and showed the exact moment when Khloé Kardashian rushed to her ex's side after the NBA player was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel. As the dramatic sequence of events unfolded on Sunday night, Kardashian took to her Twitter to react.
"You are so amazing & strong for being there for Lamar!" one fan tweeted, to which the Strong Looks Better Naked author replied with a series of kiss-face emojis. Other fans expressed similar sentiments as they learned of Kardashian's resolve to stick by her ex's side as he went through a crisis.

As Us Weekly confirmed last fall, Kardashian barely left her estranged husband's side as he remained unconscious for nearly 72 hours. During Sunday's episode, Kourtney Kardashian shared that her sister, 31, felt "guilty for needing to leave even if it's to take a shower."
Us also confirmed at the time that the cameras didn't film Khloé during the emotionally draining two weeks that followed the scare. Along with Kourt, Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian also discussed Khloé's mental state following Odom's incident.
"I'm gonna go back this afternoon," Jenner said. "See what Khloé needs, take her some clothes, hopefully she'll get her hair washed."
Kim, meanwhile, discussed Khloé's decision to put a hold on her divorce. "She has been by Lamar's side," the mom of two reflected in her confessional. "And Lamar isn't really in a place where he can make these important decisions."
Odom miraculously opened his eyes three days later, and has since been on the road to recovery.
"He is doing amazing and I’m so proud of the strength that he has to fight this battle that’s his battle," Khloé told Us Weekly and other reporters at the TCAs last month. "I’m so grateful for everybody’s love and concern because I think it is coming from a good place.”
