Didn’t see that one coming! Kanye West took to Twitter on Sunday, March 13, to name his favorite song of 2015 — and it wasn’t by Taylor Swift or Kanye himself, surprisingly!
“What do you mean by @JustinBieber was my favorite song of 2015,” West shared with his 20.1 million followers on Twitter.
The “Feedback” rapper, 38, took to social media the day before to announce that he’s “going Mad Max” with his creative projects this coming year. “6 collections a year … 3 albums a year,” he tweeted.
West, who revealed last month that his next album will be “coming this summer,” has already been pretty busy in recent months. He debuted his seventh studio album, The Life of Pablo, and his Yeezy Season 3 fashion line simultaneously on February 11, just two months after the birth of his second child, Saint, with wife Kim Kardashian.
“Famous,” one of the 18 tracks on Pablo, stirred some controversy between West and Swift, 26, shortly after its release. On the track, the entertainer raps, “I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. Why? I made that bitch famous!”
The outspoken MC is known for his outlandish Twitter rants, which he recently apologized for. “It’s been a lot of confusion in the past 3 weeks so let me apologize for in any way being confusion,” he told fans on Tuesday, March 8. “I guess in a media world where you never hear the truth, the truth can come off as crazy.”
