Turn up the lights, because Kanye West has left the building! The rapper’s audience was fuming on Thursday, November 3, when he ended his Inglewood, California, concert early because he lost his voice.
The 39-year-old was singing “Only One” when he abruptly stopped and cut the show short.
“Turn on the lights, show’s over,” he said. “I’m so hoarse. I can't finish the show.”
West was standing on his suspended platform when he made the announcement to his disappointed fans at the the Forum.
“I can’t let y’all have a show where I can’t perform for you. I’ll give everyone a refund,” he promised. “I’ll do better next time.”

But the crowd was far from sympathetic and booed him for walking out 45 minutes into the Saint Pablo Tour set.
Fans then took to Twitter to voice their anger and posted videos of the moment.
“Wow, #KanyeWest really just walked out on us typical Kanye behavior,” one concertgoer wrote, while others demanded to know where to get their money back, and slammed him for bailing on them.

It was West’s sixth and final performance at the packed arena. It was a star-studded event too, with celebrities including Harry Styles, Usher, Lenny Kravitz and Ariel Winter attending.
West is next set to perform in San Jose, California, on November 17.
