Setting the record straight. Iggy Azalea took to Twitter on Tuesday, June 21, to clarify a few details about her split from NBA star Nick Young after photographers snapped pics of a car being towed and possessions dumped in the driveway of an L.A. home she had been living in.
“I never had anyone’s car towed nor did I kick nick out of ‘my’ house,” the Australian rapper tweeted. “The home belongs to nick, I am the one moving. Thanks.”
The photos had also shown Young’s vintage 1962 Chevrolet Impala, which Azalea had given the L.A. Lakers player as a Christmas present in 2014, being towed from the house. A locksmith was also seen changing locks at the house on Tuesday.

The “Fancy” singer, 26, announced the couple’s split on Instagram on Sunday, June 19, after months of trouble between them following a cheating scandal.
“Unfortunately although I love Nick and have tried and tried to rebuild my trust in him — it’s become apparent in the last few weeks that I am unable to,” she wrote. “I genuinely wish Nick the best. It’s never easy to part ways with the person you planned your entire future with, but futures can be rewritten and as of today mine is a blank page.”
Young, 31, who proposed to Azalea on his birthday in June 2015, confirmed the news later that day, tweeting the word “Single.”
The couple’s relationship turned rocky in March when Young allegedly admitted to cheating on his fiancée after a video leaked online that featured him boasting about his various sexual encounters.
The video was taped by Young’s Lakers teammate D’Angelo Russell, and Azalea addressed the controversy by tweeting, “Hmmm I see D Angelo Russell is trending… I actually liked his film. Thanks bro.”
