Touch her shoulder and it steams! Gwyneth Paltrow stepped out to La Mer’s Celebration of an Icon event in Hollywood on Tuesday, Oct. 13, and the mom of two could not have chosen a more jaw-dropping ensemble for the occasion.
The Oscar-winning actress, 43, who has been quietly dating Scream Queens writer Brad Falchuk, hit the carpet wearing a navy-blue Galvan jumpsuit, complete with a plunging neckline and sheer side panels. (The better to flaunt that sideboob!) She accessorized the one-piece with Brian Atwood peep-toes.
To balance out the sexiness of the style, the blonde beauty styled her hair into soft curls and rocked a rosy makeup palette.
Before she headed out to the fete, Paltrow and her son, Moses, posed for a photo, with the 9-year-old wrapping his arms around his mom. That’s when she revealed with a note: “#HeAlmostDidntLetMeOutOfTheHouse.”
But once she made it to the event, it was a true moms’ night out! Paltrow, who shares Moses and her daughter, Apple, 11, with ex-husband Chris Martin, joined Kate Hudson and Nicole Richie at the soiree, where they danced to the music and posed for selfies. The Iron Man actress shared one of those cute snaps via Instagram, and captioned it, “My beauties @nicolerichie and @katehudson giving me a good excuse for a cocktail on a school night. Thank you @LaMer for a great soirée.”
Outside the event, Hudson (in Yanina Couture) dished on just why she loves the celeb-adored moisturizing cream, which ranges in price from $85 to $465. “I grew up in Colorado, which is a very dry climate, and the La Mer cream is very rich,” the Mother’s Day actress, 36, shared. “My mom [Goldie Hawn] purchased it for me one Christmas when [she realized] that my skin was starting to change and mature… Talk about a change from what I normally was putting on my face! It’s just great.”
