Time to break out the snacks! Donald Trump’s rally at the University of Central Florida in Orlando over the weekend featured a passionate speech, thousands of supporters — and a spotlight-stealing bromance. The GOP presidential front-runner was hilariously upstaged by a guy casually feeding another guy a potato chip on Saturday, March 5.
If viewers watched closely, they may have spotted two pals munching on potato chips just feet away from Trump, 69. A woman behind them looked on and smirked.
The amusing moment was on purpose too. The man with the finger food waved his hand in the air before placing the chip in his friend’s mouth. The pal stared right into the camera as he chewed.
The pair also held up peace signs and took selfies during the live event.
“That’ll surely cause a dip in his approval,” one commenter tweeted on Monday.
A second person poked fun at Trump’s slogan, “Make America Great Again,” instead tweeting, “Make Snacks Great Again.”
