Last weekend Gigi Hadid was accused of snorting cocaine in her boyfriend Cody Simpson’s Snapchat video — but the Australian singer himself scoffs at such talk.
“She’s a good girl. She would never touch it,” Simpson told reporters while making his way through LAX on Thursday, March 19.
Simpson’s comments come after the Sports Illustrated model — who was shown bending down towards the DJ’s table during a Victoria’s Secret Pink spring break party in Miami in the 10-second video — denied she was snorting cocaine.
“I take pride in being a good role model, would never touch that, & will not stand for or put up with a little piece of scum blog like OU,” the 19-year-old model tweeted, referring to site OceanUp, which posted the Snapchat.
“If u actually watch the video there is nothing on the counter .5 sec’s before you see that image…It’s not only impossible but insane to me,” she added. “Besides for doing the supposed in general, I’d be an idiot to do that at a WORK EVENT in front of hundreds of people/press. I’m insulted.”
