Zac Efron isn’t her only superfan! Simone Biles made Channing Tatum‘s dreams come true when she met him during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday, September 6 — and he completely fanboyed.
Before Biles, 19, surprised the Magic Mike star, 36, on stage, he told Ellen DeGeneres that he was “going to freak out” and “geek out.”
“She’s gonna be the greatest, and already is, the greatest of all time,” Tatum gushed. “I have a theory, though. My theory is that she’s so tiny that she has a harder time holding onto the ground than actually, like, going up. She’s just always flying away. I think she’s got really, really strong toes and it helps her hold onto the ground. … All the time, to keep herself from flying away. If I came down with that much force, my kneecaps would pop right out of the building.”
Later in the show, during the Final Five member’s interview, Tatum transformed into the hottest human display case while standing on a pedestal and holding four of Biles’ gold medals. (She also earned one bronze at the 2016 Rio Olympics.)
“Do you wanna wear one of them? You can wear one,” the 4-foot-9 Olympian excitedly told the hunky 6-foot-1 actor and DeGeneres, 58, as she placed two of her coveted prizes around their necks.
DeGeneres later shared a photo of the hilarious moment on Twitter, writing, “I found a great display case for Olympic champion @Simone_Biles. #EllenPremiere.”
