He started making trouble in his neighborhood! C-SPAN was on the receiving end of a hilarious early morning prank call on Tuesday, Mar. 17, from a man who recited the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air's theme song.
The hijinks began when the often-serious and typically mundane political affairs network accepted a caller who wanted to join a discussion about Congressional influence on Iranian negotiations.
"Los Angeles, California, Republic line. Here is Jack. Go ahead!" the broadcaster of the Washington Journal program noted to viewers.
"Uh, good morning!" the caller responded. "I'm Jack Strickland. I just wanted to make it clear that I am calling from Bel-Air, California, but I am originally from Philadelphia. Specifically, West Philadelphia."
