Blac Chyna posted a series of sexy, glamorous photos to her Instagram page on Wednesday, December 7, less than a week after the Kardashians filed documents opposing her trademark request.
The Lashed Bar founder, 28, shared three images shot by photographer Orin Fleurimont to her account. In them, she dons a low-cut, sparkly black gown that shows off her curves and strappy black heels. In the images, Chyna is at times lying on a furry white shag rug and at other times sitting upright on it, showing off her tattoos and a cascade of dark waves.
Save for fashion and makeup credits that she shared on the first of the three photos, the mother oftwo did not caption the snapshots. Her fiancé, Rob Kardashian, shared one of the images on his own account with a simple heart eyes emoji.
Chyna’s glam posts come amid news that her hopes to trademark the name Angela Renee Kardashian may be dashed since her future sister-in-laws’ companies are blocking the process.
In documents filed on Thursday, December 1, Kim, Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian’s companies — Kimsaprincess Inc., Khlomoney Inc. and 2Die4Kourt, respectively — unanimously opposed Chyna’s bid to obtain sole control over the use of her name for advertising, personal appearances and brand promotion.

The court documents state that the Kardashian sisters’ companies would “suffer irreparable injury to their reputation and goodwill if the opposed mark is allowed to register.” Furthermore, the documents state, “the applicant [Chyna] is deliberately seeking to profit from the goodwill and popularity of Opposers’ Kardashian Marks.”
Though Chyna and Rob, 29, have yet to publicly respond to this latest development, a source tells Us that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians stars want to resolve the dispute peacefully.
“Chyna filing and using their last name takes some time and discussion,” the source tells Us. “They are hoping to resolve it amicably, the girls, because they do love Chyna. The girls are just protecting their interests because that is their brand. It’s a complicated business issue.”
Chyna originally filed the legal documents to trademark her name, Angela Renee Kardashian, in May.
