No Achy Breaky Hearts here! Billy Ray Cyrus defended his daughter Miley Cyrus' boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger on Wednesday, Mar. 25, after the Kennedy descendant's antics during spring break in Cabo San Lucas made headlines last week.
"He had fun," the country music star, 53, told a photographer in a video obtained by TMZ. "He's a good boy."
As exclusively reported by Us Weekly this past week, Miley is also slowly moving past the incident.
The superstar singer, 22, and the USC hunk, 21, grabbed a late-night dinner alone at Kiwami in L.A.'s Studio City neighborhood on Monday. Multiple sources have told Us, however, that Schwarzenegger is on probation after images of him taking body shots off a bikini-clad girl in Cabo were posted online.
"She's not happy with him," a Cyrus pal told Us of the photos, which featured Schwarzenegger embracing a Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority sister rather intimately.
Despite the questionable pics, Schwarzenegger claimed via Twitter that there was no foul play. "Would NEVER do anything against my GF….." he wrote. "Girls have guy friends and guys have friends that are girls…"
A Schwarzenegger pal told Us that the political scion was attempting to see his girlfriend "in person to explain," but the Bangerz hitmaker was busy traveling. With the two reunited in L.A., Schwarzenegger has been doting on the pop star, spending the last two nights at her place in L.A.
