And baby makes four! Aloe Blacc and his wife, Maya Jupiter, are expecting their second child. The singer confirmed the happy news to Us Weekly on Friday, Oct. 16, at the 44th Humanitarian Awards in L.A.
“Baby No. 2 on the way!” the “Wake Me Up” singer, 36, told Us. “According to the doctor, it’s a boy, so hopefully they are right. We had a girl at first.”
Blacc and Jupiter welcomed their first child, Mandela, in 2013.
“She’s actually really thriving through this pregnancy,” the Voice guest mentor told Us. “This is awesome.”
Jupiter, 36, performed at the Humanitarian Awards on Friday night, and Blacc also told Us about the one food she’s been craving while pregnant.
“Just pickles,” the “I Need a Dollar” singer said. “It wasn’t crazy like last time. Nutella was one of her favorites.”
When asked whether the singer plays music for their unborn child, Blacc sweetly said, “All the time. There’s so much music in the house all the time, there’s no way to escape it.”
