A new baby means a new home for parents-to-be Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo.
The Maroon 5 frontman, 37, and his Victoria’s Secret Angel wife, 26, just put their one-bedroom New York City loft on the market for a cool $5.5 million, according to Trulia.com. And while the SoHo apartment may not include a nursery, the 2,800-square-foot space certainly has plenty of luxe details you’d expect to find in a celebrity home.

Per Trulia, the property, which was purchased for $4.5 million by the couple in 2014, features “restored exposed brick walls, 13-foot ceilings and oversized windows with an amazing view of Manhattan.”

Located in a historic cast-iron building that dates back to the early 1900s, the residence is the perfect blend of old and new. Guests enter the apartment via private elevator. And the loft is still supported by its six original columns.

Inside, potential buyers will find a kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and sleek black granite countertops.
The master bedroom includes a massive closet once filled with Levine and Prinsloo’s designer duds, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub.

Back in March, the rock star and model — who also own a $4.8 million, six-bedroom Beverly Hills mansion — were spotted house hunting in L.A.’s Pacific Palisades neighborhood.

“They spent the most time at a home that is listed for $19.9 million on a street overlooking the ocean,” a source told Us at the time. “It’s definitely a family-friendly area with kids riding their bikes and walking to the farmers market.”

As Us Weekly exclusively revealed on March 10, Prinsloo is pregnant and expecting baby No. 1 with her Voice coach hubby. A source told Us at the time that Levine is “over the moon” about impending fatherhood.

The pair began dating in June 2012 and made their official red carpet debut as a couple the following October at the GQ Gentlemen’s Ball in NYC. In July 2014, they tied the knot in a lavish wedding ceremony in Mexico.
