He may be just over a year old, but little Camden Lachey is already on the prowl. Vanessa Lachey tells Us Weekly that her 12-month-old son, with husband Nick Lachey, already has his first crush: Her Dads costar Brenda Song!
“He’s already in love with Brenda,” Vanessa told Us in a recent interview. “Seth [Macfarlane, the creator of the show] said maybe it’s because she looks like mommy but it’s not mommy. [Camden] cannot take his eyes off of her! He kept looking at her and going ‘Buh, buh, buh, buh, buh.'”
“I said, ‘I swear, if you say Brenda before you say mama, we’re going to have a problem,” the first-time mom said with a laugh. “Already I’m having that mother’s remorse of who’re you dating? Why’re you going out with her? What’s her name? Where’s her family from? I need to back off. The kid is one!”
The proud mom recently celebrated Camden’s first birthday at Cincinnati’s Great American Ball Park on Sunday, Sept. 15. She and husband Nick Lachey dressed up in matching Cincinnati Reds jerseys for the occasion, and little Camden even got one of his own.
“Cam’s 1st Birthday in Cincy was a success!” she tweeted alongside an adorable photo of the three of them stooped low on a balcony overlooking the stadium.
