Tristan Thompson was there. The Cleveland Cavaliers player was in the delivery room when Khloé Kardashian gave birth to their daughter in the early hours of Thursday, April 12, a source confirms to Us Weekly. Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian were also at the hospital. The Blast was first to report that Thompson was present.
The arrival of the couple’s baby girl comes at a bittersweet time. Earlier in the week, the Daily Mail published pictures and a video that appeared to show Thompson, 27, kissing Instagram model Lani Blair at a club in New York City on Saturday, April 7. The pair were spotted entering a hotel together the next morning. TMZ later posted surveillance footage of Thompson making out and getting physical with two other women at a hookah lounge in the Washington, D.C., area in October.
While Kardashian and Thompson have not publicly commented on the allegations, a source told Us exclusively that the new mom is “completely humiliated and has never felt betrayal like this.” A source close to the NBA star, meanwhile, told Us that “none of his friends are surprised” about the scandal because “they all know he cheats.”
Us exclusively revealed in September that the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star was pregnant. She confirmed the news nearly three months later via Instagram, and revealed the baby’s sex on the season 14 finale of her family’s E! reality series in March.
“I know we’ve been keeping this quiet but we wanted to enjoy this between our family and close friends as long as we could privately. To enjoy our first precious moments just us,” Kardashian wrote on Instagram in December. “Thank you all for understanding. I am so thankful, excited, nervous, eager, overjoyed and scared all in one! But it’s the best bundle of feelings I’ve ever felt in my life!”
The Good American designer and Thompson began dating in September 2016. He is also the father of 15-month-old son Prince with ex Jordan Craig.
