It’s been a rocky road for Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra. In a sneak peek for the Monday, February 26, episode of Teen Mom OG, the couple both break down crying. “I really wanted that baby,” Tyler, 26, says in the video that aired after the Monday, February 19, episode. The video is not yet available online, but has fans wondering if this means that she suffered a miscarriage.

During an episode in January, Catelynn revealed to her husband that she was pregnant, also telling their 3-year-old daughter, Novalee. She came into the room wearing a shirt that read “I’m going to be a big sister!” The couple then went on to share the news with both of their parents.

The pair, who have been together for 12 years, originally were introduced on 16 & Pregnant where they chronicled the birth of their first daughter, Carly. They later decided to give her up for adoption but have since stayed in touch.

After having Novalee, Catelynn publicly suffered with postpartum depression and entered treatment three different times. She entered for her third time in January, writing “Well they say third times a charm” on Twitter.

Tyler visited his wife during Family Week earlier this month, updating his followers after the visit. “Seeing this gorgeous woman & all the work she has done has given me such hope, a feeling of peace, and unconditional love that is hard to explain with words,” he wrote on Instagram, posting a photo of the high school sweethearts. “It was a very emotionally intense Family Week Program, but I know that our love & commitment towards each other will persevere through anything this life throws our way.”

He continued: “I’m so proud of you Babe & I can’t wait until you finally come home so I can just hug you & hold you for as long as I want. You are worthy … You are strong … You are beautiful … You are loved! Thank you for not giving up on your life.”

Teen Mom OG airs on MTV Mondays at 9 p.m. ET.
