That’s one way to do it! Tamera Mowry attempted to cure the illness that sent her to urgent care this week by drinking her twin sister, Tia Mowry’s, breast milk — and she couldn’t get over how great it tasted.
“Oh, my gosh, Tia, this is amazing,” The Real cohost, 40, said in a Thursday, February 22, Instagram video. “Your breast milk is the best milk I’ve ever tried in my life. Oh, my God.”
In the footage, which she captioned, “Well, I do feel better,” the Sister, Sister alum held her mug of milk up to the camera.
Tia, also 40, who just welcomed her daughter, Cairo, in May 2018, shared the same video of her sick sibling on her own Instagram account.
“Soooo, my sister is desperate for some healing,” the Family Reunion actress wrote. “She’s sicky poo and I sent her an article on how breast milk has healing properties and was okay with drinking my #breastmilk. Ps, she’s had some before and I mean, she’s my twin. Here’s what she had to say.”
The sisters’ former Sister, Sister costar Jackee Harry chimed in in the comments. “Y’all just take EVERYTHING public, huh?”
Her sick sibling kept fans up to date on her health on her Instagram Stories that same day. “Good morning, guys. I am hanging in there,” Tamera said. “I just wanted to do a little video to just say thank you so much for all your support, all the love.” After coughing, she continued, “I get this every year. It’s the weirdest thing.”
One day prior, she shared the Galatians 5:22-23 Bible verse to Instagram and wrote, “I’m currently at home sleeping, mediating [sic] and getting the rest I need.”
