“Well, I pee when I sneeze now. There’s that,” the Southern Charm star told Us Weekly on Wednesday, May 2. “I cry over everything. I’m much more emotional. I feel like I have a lot more empathy for people. I am also ridden with anxiety.”

Eubanks and her doctor husband, Jason Wimberly, welcomed their daughter Palmer on November 11, 2017. The Real World: San Diego alum admits the first few weeks were brutal.

“You see all the Instagram and mommy blogs and everything’s so pretty and everyone’s well-rested,” she told Us. “No. That’s not the truth. You are tired, you are emotional, you are hormonal. It’s pretty tough. I cried a lot.”

The Bravo personality recalled breaking down one night when Palmer refused to sleep. “I cried to Jason, I said, ‘Why did we do this? We had such a great life and we used to sleep!’” she told Us. “He was like, ‘Cameran, you’re going to be fine. Take some deep breaths.’” The anesthesiologist then took over so his exhausted wife could get some rest in the guest room.

Eubanks, who recently partnered with Dermira, says she and Palmer are now in “a good groove.”

Things got easier at around three months when the baby began sleeping through the night. Eubanks calls that milestone a “game-changer.”

“I think I’m just lucky,” the Bravo personality told Us. “I think babies have different personalities and God knew that I could only handle much so he gave me a baby that sleeps.”

While Eubanks’ No. 1 tip for moms would be to get some sleep, she also recommended the top three products every new parent needs. “The DockaTot I’ve 100 percent used,” she told Us. And she’s not alone on that one: Kim Kardashian is also a fan of the portable lounger and co-sleeper that boasts protective sides to prevent baby from rolling out.

Eubanks also digs the Ubbi diaper pail because “you can’t smell” what’s inside. And The Baby Shusher white noise machine. “You turn it on and it goes, ‘Shhh,’” she told Us. “It makes the baby stop crying. That has been a life saver.”
