Baby No. 2 is here! Nicky Hilton and her husband, James Rothschild, have welcomed their second child together.
“Christmas came early! On December 20th James and I welcomed a baby girl, Teddy Rothschild into the world. Feeling very blessed this holiday season,” Hilton, 33, tweeted on Friday, December 22.
The fashion designer and her love, who welcomed 17-month-old daughter Julia, in July 2016, announced in July they were expecting a second bundle of joy.
“The couple are thrilled about the new addition to their family,” a rep for the couple told Us Weekly at the time. And since announcing their happy news, Hilton has not been shy about sharing her excitement about becoming a second-time mom.
The socialite opened up about her latest pregnancy in an exclusive interview with Us Weekly in September. “I feel great. I have more energy than ever,” she said while attending the New York City Ballet’s 2017 fall fashion gala. “I get more energy when I’m pregnant, it’s weird.”
And unlike their first pregnancy, the couple decided not to learn their baby’s gender in advance. “We found out the first time and trying to keep it a surprise,” the hotel heiress revealed to Us. “We’ll see if I have the discipline.”
Proving that she’s like a lot of expecting moms, the model opened up about her unusual pregnancy cravings. “I’ve been craving really random things like eggplant parmesan, hot tamales,” she told Us. “I didn’t have these weird craving the first time around but I do [now]. And dried cranberries.”
Adding to the fun, the 365 Style author shared several stunning snaps of her growing baby bump to Instagram. In September, Hilton posted a bathroom selfie with a pal.
“Quick bathroom selfie 🤳” she wrote alongside a snap of herself wearing a gorgeous red maternity dress while cradling her pregnancy bump.
And in October, the New York City native had her pregnancy belly on full display while cuddling close to a cute pup.
Hilton and Rothschild, who started dating back in 2011, got engaged in August 2014. They tied the knot at Kensington Palace in London in July 2015.
